Our Story

What we believe:

We all have the choice to turn adversity and complex life challenges into something good.

Abundance is a result of “Me-to-We” thinking.

The human spirit, once elevated, has a way of making you see the world and the things around you in a different way.

One person’s grit can provide a model and inspiration for others.

Empowerment is face to face, not screen to screen.

It’s gotta be simple.

PEPY Core Values: Activated

The body can’t go where the mind won’t take it. An investment in mental health must be proactive and should drive all physical, social, and spiritual health outcomes.

The power of one person is a remarkable gift. People are fuel, inspiration. You need to be connected to others and feel like your life has meaning and purpose. Once you know that people see you and value your story, you will help multiply positive habits socially.

We live in these machines that are designed to get us to neglect what is important about life. We can disrupt these machines.
